Thong Chee Seng graduated from University of Malaya in 2010 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2011. He joined M/S Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah the same year and has since developed extensive experience in banking and finance matters, with a strong focus on commercial and corporate banking transactions.

His practice focuses on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate banking matters, including contract financing, project financing, and corporate financing transactions involving private companies, public listed companies and foreign companies. Over the years, he has been extensively involved in advising and representing various banks / financial institutions in the preparation, structuring and negotiation of loan and security documentation.

He is also experienced in advising on real estate related transactions particularly the drafting, review and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, providing clients with clear, practical, and commercially sound solutions. His approach is defined by attention to detail, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering effective outcomes aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
