Seohan Soo

Seohan Soo is a Partner and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Messrs Soo Thien Ming and Nashrah, a law firm with 4 offices in Kuala Lumpur, Seremban, Klang and Petaling Jaya. He joins a team of over 35 lawyers in the firm specialising in Corporate, Banking, Finance and Litigation work with a rich history of 50 years in practice. With a background deeply rooted in finance and an experienced investment banking professional, Seohan brings a unique blend of legal and financial management expertise to the legal sphere.

He is a Barrister-at-Law and a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London. He graduated with Bachelor of Laws from University of Warwick and Master of Laws from University of Cambridge, UK (LL.M). He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995. He is a Chartered Banker, Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.

Seohan is the former CEO of AmInvestment Bank Berhad in Malaysia, with 25 years working experience in the financial services industry. He is also the founder of ThreeWoods Capital Sdn Bhd, a private investment holding company with strategic investments focusing on sustainable development projects and the healthcare ecosystem. He currently serves on the boards of Tigas Pharma (M) Sdn Bhd, Tigas Alliance Sdn Bhd and PureLife Pharma Sdn Bhd which provide pharmaceutical, healthcare consulting and distribution services.
