Ms Aida Rosina Binti Mohamed Saman has been a partner in Messrs Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah since 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from Mara University of Technology in 2003. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya on 28 May 2004 and has been in practice for 21 years.
Ms Aida has extensive experience in conveyancing and banking. In banking matters, she handles both conventional and Islamic financing documentation for property purchases, trade financing, cash line facilities and project financing.
In conveyancing, she has prepared sale and purchase agreements for commercial properties such as stratified office towers and shop lots, where the firm acted as lead solicitors. She has also attended meetings with KPKT together with the developer to discuss amendments to the standard Sale and Purchase Agreement (Schedule H) to cater for units under the Civil Servant Reserved Units (CSRU) scheme.
Besides sale and purchase agreements, she also has experience drafting tenancy, lease and licence agreements, as well as settlement agreements.
