En Kamal Bin Abd Karim has been a partner in Messrs Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2003 and has been practicing at Messrs. Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah ever since. His areas of practice include Banking, Conveyancing and Islamic Finance.

He has extensive experience in a wide range of banking and financing transactions and advises clients on various security documentation for retail and commercial banks and Islamic financial institutions.

He advises local and international clients, including real estate developers and financial institutions with regards the acquisitions and disposals of all types of real estate, leasing, property development and real estate financing and other general conveyancing practices.

He is also a Senior Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF) and currently serves on the board of Hwa Tai Industries Berhad.
