Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Hons) in 2012 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2013. She has extensive experience in conveyancing, banking and finance. With strong expertise in loan structuring and documentation review, she advises clients on both straightforward and complex financing matters, working closely with financial institutions, business owners and SMEs to deliver clear, practical and commercially sound solutions.
Kelly also has experience advising financial institutions on the legality and enforceability of security documentation involving cross-border elements, including transactions with parties from Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, India and China, requiring careful coordination and a clear understanding of multi-jurisdictional considerations.
Beyond financing matters, she regularly advises on corporate transactions, including company share purchases, business acquisitions and shareholders’ arrangements. She involved in the preparation and review of key transactional documents such as share sale agreements and options to purchase, supporting clients through important business decisions and transactions.
