Li Li is a partner in Messrs. Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah since 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LL.B (Hons)) degree from the Multimedia University, Malaysia in 2014 and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Islamic Banking and Finance degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2016.

Li Li’s practice is primarily focused on corporate banking and finance (both conventional and Islamic finance). Her experience includes advising on a broad range of banking and financing transactions including trade facilities, project financing, property acquisition financing, machinery and equipment financing.

Apart from her banking and financing portfolio, Li Li also regularly represents clients including property developers and foreign investors in property/real estate matters including property acquisition and disposal, lease, tenancy, custom-build and lease, joint venture/development and integrated infrastructure schemes.
