Ms.Yu obtained her Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Hons) in 2003 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2005. She has extensive experience in broad range of real estate work, including sale and purchase, tenancy and leases across the commercial, industrial and residential property, advising developers and corporate clients on industrial and commercial property matters, working closely with clients from the early planning stages of their developments through to execution and completion. With a strong understanding of the practical and regulatory aspects of property development, she provides strategic guidance that supports clients’ long-term development objectives.

In addition, Ms.Yu advises clients on land administration and regulatory considerations, including requirements imposed by authorities and issues affecting land use and development. She also supports clients in managing arrangements involving neighbouring landowners and infrastructure-related matters, ensuring that developments progress smoothly and efficiently.
