Ivy Gan Pek Ying graduated from University of Malaya in 2014 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2015. Her areas of practice are banking and finance matters, conveyancing and real estate transactions.

She has substantial experience in advising on banking and financing facilities, security and loan documentation, acquisition and disposal of real properties and other transactional real estate matters. Her practice includes acting for financial institutions, developers, companies and individual clients in a broad spectrum of financing and property transactions.
